      I am hoping we can go into openstack-operator and for all the individual component managers in e.g. barbican.go, cinder.go, nova.go, neutron.go, we can have it generate a MariaDBAccount for each of these, before we actually go into the CRDs for those controllers and change their CRDs to refer to this mariadbaccount explicitly.   To start with, this MariaDBAccount will match up what each controller is currently creating via mariadbv1.Database.
