There are few inconsistencies in how we use networks for both control plane and dataplane.

• OpenStackControlPlane CRs use names like  `ctlplane`,`internalapi` i.e all smallcase ( ex. networkAttachment, metallb AddressPool networks)
• OpenStackDataPlane CR and NetConfig CRs use networks in camel case (ex. CtlPlane, InternalApi etc)
• Ansible vars are use snake case (ex. internal_api)

We should align then all so that they're all in sync.
