Work to be completed:

• Create a test that verifies that the feature works as expected (ex set the threshold to 2, creates 3 LBs, delete the amphora VMs, check that 2 failovers are triggered, the last one should be triggered when one is completed)
• Create an additional voting job for the test (two-node?)

Definition of Done:

• Test and job are merged in master branch
