Currently, bind9 doesn't start up without manual intervention. It requires intervention to determine the addresses or address ranges for the control and allow_notify acls, rndc keys, etc.. Initially, this can simply refer to the cluster network IPs of itself and designate miniDNS and workers. These can be refined as per configuration as necessary.
