      The STF UI interfaces have removed the use of basic authentication methods and now relies on the oauth-proxy interface for authentication.

      Remove basic-auth integration methods, primarily focused on removal of Grafana, Prometheus and any other UI integration which continues to have a basic-auth interface.

      This will also cover removal of basic-auth management of any interfaces in the STO CRD and the servicetelemetry Operator role.
