This feature is now in the Neutron in 2023.2 release but we need to backport it to the d/s OSP-18 branch as it can't be backported in u/s to 2023.1 (Antelope).

In order to make this fully supported feature we will need to:

• backport all require Neutron changes
• prepare test plan and validate RFE d/s
• prepare required documentation
