The CRD defines a raftAddress field, in addition to dbAddress and internalDbAddress. While the latter two are actually used as interfaces to dbs, the former is not used anywhere and exposes an address that is of no seeming use to users.

We should remove it to reduce confusion and simplify the code base a bit.
