To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
"Configuring a basic overcloud with pre-provisioned nodes" section of "Installing and managing Red Hat OpenStack Platform with director" guide is not complete:

• DeployedServerPortMap definition is missing from deployed-ports.yaml. Without this parameter deployment will fail to generate inventory
• ControllerCount and ComputeCount definitions are missing from deployed-ports.yaml. Without these definitions default node count from role_data.yaml will be used.
