Actions (All actions should be performed on RHEL 10):

1) Manual deployment using NM State tool instead of os-net-config with same Networking configuration for non NFV cases

2) Gap analysis of NM State feature parity with os-net-config, Ethtool, ip rules, ovs extras, ovs options  

3) Verify scenarios with Dispatcher script

4) Fix the bugs found out in above cases

5) Support NIC Mapping at par with os-net-config

6) Explore clean-up config 

Goal:

• To come up with detailed gap analysis and way to fix them
• Successful deployment with NMstate only for non-nfv use cases
