Summary:

• Deliver sufficient POC to demonstrate changes required for updating the spec to now include glance processing encrypted images, which is required for the 19 feature goals of SDK/OSC support to encrypt images and upload to glance

Goal:

• Complete a sufficient POC to provide input to spec to add the capability to process encrypted images
  • Limit image processing to what is necessary, likely the few first blocks, in par with clear images
