Important
According to https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/CQXJFGMK6/p1771529761283199?thread_ts=1771443868.975319&cid=CQXJFGMK6
in RHOSO installations without cloudkitty enabled, it is not enough to just add
cloudkitty:
enabled: true
to have the rest of the template expanded. I'd think this is more a universal problem and not only related to cloudkitty.
Workaround
add
cloudkitty: {}
and the section will be expanded. Afterwards, cloudkitty can be configured.
If it is not immediately solvable, it would be good to write a known issue.
