Goal: 

• We need to figure out how we are going to integrate RDU4 based dataplane nodes within our CI cluster, because we will not be able to have GPU equipped servers in BRQ2 lab.

Acceptance Criteria:

• It is clear how we are going to leverage GPU equipped servers in RDU4 labs within our CI cluster (whether it is BRQ2 based or closer to RDU4).
