Summary:

• The underpinnings of openshift-lightspeed and openstack-lightspeed are changing to use lcore. Developing against the current (production) releases of these products is likely unrealistic in terms of where we could eventually build AI assisted upgrades workflows against.

Goal:

• Rebase dev environment to use lcore either through openshift-lightspeed (which has some initial support for it) or lcore directly (not using operators).
