*Goal:*

Create a comprehensive code presentation/walkthrough of the Designate repository to onboard new upstream contributors and support the upstream community.

As the Designate upstream community needs active participation, it's important to help new contributors understand the codebase structure, key components, and contribution workflows. This presentation will serve as an educational resource to lower the barrier to entry and encourage more upstream engagement.

• Explains major components
• Includes contribution workflow and development setup
