Delete_on_termination always true on target VM whatever the source flag value.

The only solution from CU perspective is to create a script to change the flag if needed.

Expected behavior

• flag value is maintained for the migration

Additional context

Making a quick search it is possible to see in some places this value hardcoded. Depends if the volume that has this value is a boot volume, an additional volume or it is booting from a local image will maintain the value or change it.
