      Goal: 

      • Validate the mariadb root password management after the update.

      job's workflow:

      • Deploy OSP18.0.16  env. and run sanity/scenario tests to check the cloud is healthy
      • Update the environment to OSP18.0.17 and run sanity/scenario/ha faults tests/sanity to check cloud healthiness. 
      • HA faults tests will include tests implemented in OSPRH-22516 to validate the new password management works as expected.
