The workflow feature is a core part of test-operator, but due to lack of envTests in test-operator, there are no functional tests for it. Now that test-operator has some base envTests, let's also add more specific scenarios.

DoD:

• Add envTests for Workflow feature for every resource type (that has workflow).
• Increase the envTests coverage.
