• Implement a password validation routine that can report back to the user when invalid characters are detected.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Implement a common password validation in a common location.
• Update service operators that require password configuration to utilize the new common validation routines.
• Implement an interface that can notify the users when an invalid password is detected and guide them to the location that needs adjustment.
