The Adoption prerequisites section states that the RHOSP 17.1 cloud must be updated to version 17.1.4 or later.(https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_openstack_services_on_openshift/18.0/html/adopting_a_red_hat_openstack_platform_17.1_deployment/rhoso-180-adoption-overview_assembly#adoption-prerequisites_planning)

However, the Database migration prerequisite section states that the cloud should be running the latest minor version of RHOSP 17.1.(https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_openstack_services_on_openshift/18.0/html/adopting_a_red_hat_openstack_platform_17.1_deployment/migrating-databases-to-the-control-plane_configuring-network#deploying-backend-services_migrating-databases)

This creates an inconsistency and ambiguity in the documentation. Based on the adoption prerequisites, the actual requirement appears to be RHOSP 17.1.4 or above, not necessarily the latest available z-stream.

      Suggested clarification:
Update the database migration prerequisite to align with the adoption prerequisites, for example:

“The cloud that you want to adopt is running, and it is on version 17.1.4 or later.”

This would ensure consistency across the documentation and avoid implying a stricter requirement than necessary.
