test - redfish-virtual-media - embed network config in virtual media

      Test the deployment of a dataplane node on a network remote to Metal3.

      • Embed network configuration for IPA in virtual media.
      • NO DHCP server on remote network.
      • Verify that the node boots to IPA, ip is configured from config in virtual media.
      • The node can be deployed successfully.
