Set up a new environment with the password rotation feature.
Check out the MariaDBAccount, database secret, and all that jazz (it's Workflow 1 in the main doc).
Test 2 (Rotation procedure):
Verify the actual root DB password rotation process (that's Workflow 2 in the main doc).
Test 3 (Upgrade scenario):
Deploy an older version of RHOSO.
Update the mariadb-operator to the one with the new FR5 changes.
