To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
At this point there is no clear reproducer: some VMs fail live migration because of VM process crashes on destination compute. Originally customer's environment was affected by https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-107496 and https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSPRH-18339, but even after fixes were delivered, some of VMs fail live migrations with similar symptoms.

Expected behavior
Live migration is stable.

Bug impact
Live migration is unstable, so some maintenance operations are blocked.

Known workaround
None: live migration is blocked
