To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login to horizon with federation user
2. Click on 'create an instance'
3. try to choose a flavor
4. error 500 gateway (unable to retrieve the flavors).

Expected behavior

• vm gets created by the user on Horizon.
• Retrieve flavors quickly.

Known workaround

• Horizon slow behavior when creating a VM - 500 error has been received and several flavours were removed, this partly solved the issue but it is not acceptable workaround.
• Use default admin user.
