• In the following PR, the post-adoption clean steps should be moved to a separate module in the data plane adoption chapter. 
  • https://github.com/openstack-k8s-operators/data-plane-adoption/pull/1204
• Put a "Next steps" heading in the "Adopting the load-balancer service" procedure that links to the procedure.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The new module is created.
• SME review/peer review.
• PR is merged.
