Overview

This is partner driver request to backport and update their cinder-specific driver support for snaps and replication to the  Flamingo version.  This is driver-only code, not core Cinder changes.   

We are combing the 2 requests based on some potential merge conflicts to ease the backport, but they can also be separated if needed.

Goals / Acceptance Criteria 

• Backport the driver patches and deliver in RHOSO-18
• Pass downstream regression CI tests for Cinder

Use Cases

• Ability to use Hitachi B20 storage arrays with Flamingo level snapshot support
• Ability for Hitachi or DR/Backup partners to test with Flamingo level replication (not supported in RHOSO directly)

Out of Scope

• No RH testing needed other than Cinder automation
• Other patches beyond the scope of this change set.
