To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to deploy RHOSO with docs [1] and [2].
2. Having multiple interfaces in nodes.
3. Don't know which one should be set in `neutron_public_interface_name` and why.
4. Deploy can fail or user lost access to edpm nodes.

Expected behavior

• Customer understand the use of the parameter and be able to use it properly.
