User Story: 

As a QE engineer, I want the molecule tests that verify kpatch parameter functionality in 
EDPM ansible defined there roles/edpm_update_system/molecule to be run in CI so that we can validate kpatch command execution without relying on actual kernel patches being available.

Goal: 

Have those tests, run in the  job/edpm-ansible-molecule-base child job pipeline.

Acceptance Criteria:

Trigger a successful run of the edpm_update_system/molecule/kpatch/ molecule test definition.
