Goal: 

We want to explain the whole CI flow. From any developer pushing a new patch into openstack-k8s-operators until the content is released.
The doc should be focused on CI-Framework, the different job types we have and DLRN.

So:

• Explaining gate and check jobs with molecules.

• Explaining the job types functionality in each of the steps. So explaining how each of the component are tested, and what happens in the DLRN side. So promoted components go to component-promoted tag and so on... After that, when we have a set of promoted component, then we go with integration tests... etc

• We also want to explain the stable branch in CI-framework.

Acceptance Criteria:

We have a doc that you can understand what's happen from publich a MR into openstack-k8s-operators until the content is released. Focussing on ci-framework, job types and DLRN side.

We don't need to go to each of the corner cases. What we want here is to have a general knowledge of eavch of the parts and how them interact together.
