SQLAlchemy tests in Jenkins CI pass fully with free threaded python 3.14t, however the github actions runners have lingering issues as these runners run on a wider range of hardware and OS - there is one remaining race condition where lingering DB connections (sqlite) are still present at test suite end, which hits an assertion.    Several platforms are skipped on GH actions under 3.14t for this reason.  The issue here likely has to do with assumptions made by this assertion which should be relaxed.
