      While working on adding more tests to test-operator, I have encountered an issue with conditions behaving out of the norm. I think adding an InputReadyCondition could fix this issue, give better feedback to the user and keep better practices.

      DoD:

      • InputReadyCondition is added to all test-operator resources.
