Goal: 

Describe what is available at the moment and what isn't supported. The goal of the tech preview is to create a starting point for us and early adopters to include designate in adoption scenarios and foster collaboration in how customers will prioritize (e.g. will they want to move to the "in-cluster-binds" immediately, a small maintenance period for switchover is sufficient or they want the old BIND9 services to run indefinitely until they can migrate a larger infrastructure etc).
