The current RHOSO adoption process expect that former OSP 17.1 controllers are reused as networker nodes.

"Any node with parameter set to enable-chassis-as-gw is considered OVN gateway chassis. In this case, such nodes will become edpm networker nodes after adoption." -> Head of chapter 5.4

Expected behavior

• Only very large deployment uses networker nodes and we do expect to be able to reuse the former controllers hardware when the adoption is done.
