horizon operator should run cronjob for cleanup stale temporary images when these are created by restarting of horizon pod.

      To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

      1. Deploy RHOSO18 with NFS share for horizon temporary area and legacy mode.
      2. Run the following scenario
      3. Connection to all Horizon pods by oc rsh to monitor the image creation at temporary directory.
      4. Prepare 10GB image then upload the image via Horizon
      5. While the upload the image to the temporary directory then kill the pod by oc delete

      Expected behavior

      • The remained temporary image should be removed periodically to reduce the disk usage.

      Bug impact

      • The current behavior will fill up the storage for temporary area and it is hard to identiry.

      Known workaround

      • The customer periodically check the NFS share and cleanup if they found.
