Summary:

A series of components, allowing to install and configure openstack-operators and related dependencies, have been created in the internal gitlab.

We should consider if we can publish them in the upstream repository instead, allowing customers to get some basis for the own investigations

Goal:

• define if the current state is sufficient for some "no-guarantee" publication in the upstream repository.
