Manage EC2 auth tokens in horizon GUI

      Goal: 

       As an openstack user, I want to retrieve and manage my EC2 auth tokens in horizon , so that all ec2 tokens can be stored in keystone and distributed to non-computer users using a GUI.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      A user can list EC2 auth token in the horizon gui as it was doable in OSP 17.
      This seems currently doable by adding a EC2 endpoint.
