This is a follow up for the issue https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSPRH-12726:

"BZ#2263834 Horizon search filter doesn't work as expected for flavors, volumes and snapshots"

The server side filter was implemented for Project -> Snapshots. We need to add the filter data to Admin -> Snapshots view, so the server side filtering works for this table as well.
