Goal: 

• The current BGP adoption troubleshooting content is placed in 2 separate files, each with multiple headings for each procedure. However, each procedure needs to be split into its own module.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Troubleshooting procedures are split up
• Peer review
• SME review (More of an FYI; content won't change, just structure)
