Goal: 

• Create a stand-alone adoption guide for BGP.
• Adoption documentation is sourced in the upstream repository in GitHub, and then migrated to the downstream repository in GitLab.

Acceptance Criteria:

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• Project follows the structure of the earlier, general adoption guide.
• The new upstream project properly builds in GitHub.
