"OVNKubernetes" is default network_type since Openshift 4.12+[1]. ci-framework[1] currently defaults to "OpenshiftSDN"[2].

In 3 node hive clusters already "OVNKubernetes" is being used[3].

Let's deploy the default topology with ci-framework. "OpenshiftSDN" as a non-default can still be used with overrides:-
