We need to try to make adoption process for Neutron and OVN starting on OSP-17.1 Director based deployment and going to the OSP-18 Podified Control Plane deployment.

It should be manual process for now and we should see what is required to be fixed and/or automated. Finally we should create stories for all those issues which will be found during that initial adoption.
