Automate adoption on RHEV

      As a QE, we need to create a CI to perform adoption from source osp17 on osp18.
      CI will execute on RHEV.

      Steps:
      Source OSP 3 control + 2 compute + fencing
      OCP will be deployed via hive.
      Deploy OSP18 operator on OCP using CI framework.
      Perform adoption using adoption test suits.
      Validated OSP18 post-adoption.
