Check/Ensure all core Glance image operations work correctly without Eventlet .

Description of test plan:

• Create Test project with uni01alpha job
• Capture failures or regressions
• Search logs for eventlet related keywords
•  

Acceptance Criteria:

• Image create, list, show, update, delete succeed

• Image upload and download complete successfully

• No API hangs or unexpected timeouts

• No thread or concurrency errors in logs

• No eventlet related keywords in glance log
• No stuck RBD operations
