When fixed IPs are set in vmware, the collection ignore this value.

We need to provide a way to propagate the fixed ips in the destionation cloud when required by the user.

When we create an OpenStack port with fixed ips, we need to provide a subnet as well.
So we need to handle the subnet as well during the port creation
