Why didn't we update the OSPRH-10790 rel not from Known Issue to Bug Fix?

      we have this known issue still documented:

      Control plane temporarily unavailable during minor update
      [...]
      Jira:OSPRH-10790

      however, the linked jira says Fix Version rhos-18.0.8 and:
      Fixed in Build: openstack-operator-bundle-container-1.0.11-5
      so, can we remove the known issue from the docs? Should I file an issue for this? (edited)
