[edpm_ansible]nova playbook does not handle config file removal

      steps to reproduce:

      1. deploy OSP18 with a DataPlaneService/nova-custom pointing to an extra ConfigMap to pass configuration to nova-compute
      2. remove the ConfigMap from DataPlaneService/nova-custom and create a new Deployment CR to run the new deployment
      3. Observer that the configuration added in step 1 is not removed during step 2.

      A variant of this bug is when the ConfigMap is not removed but a one entry (one file) is removed from the ConfigMap
