The test `neutron.tests.functional.plugins.ml2.drivers.ovn.mech_driver.ovsdb.test_maintenance.TestMaintenance.test_update_lrouter_ports_ext_ids_name_prefix`, introduced in https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/eng/openstack/neutron/-/merge_requests/126, is unstable and is failing most of the times. This test didn't fail during the CI check in the related MR, but is failing constantly since then.
