      1. The Nova CR needs to be extended.
        • The Nova.Spec needs to have a new MemcachedInstance field where the user can pass in the name of a Memcached CR to be used for top level nova services.
        • The Nova.Spec.CellTemplates[] also needs a MemcachedInstance field to define the memcached instance for each cell level services.
