Overview

This is partner driver request to backport and update their cinder-specific driver to the  Flamingo version.  This is driver-only code, not core Cinder changes. 

Goals / Acceptance Criteria 

• Backport the driver and deliver in the RHOS-18 
• Pass downstream regression CI tests for Cinder

Use Cases

• Ability to use Hitachi B20 storage arrays with OpenStack
• Ability to create DRS volumes with OpenStack (required array-specific feature)
• Ability to create vClone volumes with OpenStack (required array-specific feature)

Out of Scope

• No RH testing needed other than Cinder automation
• Other patches beyond the scope of this change set.
