.OpenStack Optimize service not supported in multi-RHEL mode

The OpenStack Optimize service is not supported in multi-RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) mode. Running the Optimize service in multi-RHEL mode leads to service disruption, specifically on Compute nodes that are running on RHEL 9.2 and RHEL 9.4.

OpenStack Optimize service (openstack-watcher) got GA in RHOSO 18 FR4 release on RHEL-9.4.

OpenStack Optimize service is not supported in mixed RHEL mode (RHOSO environment having EDPM compute nodes on RHEL-9.2 and RHEL-9.4).

Support for Watcher in mixed RHEL mode will be added in future release.
