Goal

To make sure the patche(s) bringing multifd feature support in RHOSO 19.0 are backported to RHOSO 18.0 too

Acceptance criteria

MultiFD patch is submitted to rhos-18.0-trunk-patches and RelDel is notified about it
If possible the patch is merged in rhos-18.0-trunk-patches
If required by RelDel, patch is also submitted for rhos-18.0-patches
